She is around 94 inches which is ~239cm tall by comparing several photos of her and using the door as a reference assuming it is 80inches which is the average height of an entranceway. 7'10 for the americans. I did some revisions this time accounting for the fact she never stands straight.

It's obviously very tall, I think it's clearly over 2 metres tall, as it's the height of the door, and doors are usually 2 metres tall.
